All office furniture is provided and configured to your requirements. There’s nothing to stop you moving in the same day if required, and best of all, as your business adapts and changes you can “flex-up or flex-down” with your space or workstation requirements. If you require the regular use of meeting rooms you can either consider having your own partitioned meeting room or using our Board Room or break-out meeting room hire.

Simple Licence Agreement

Landmark House offer a simple Licence Agreement and transparent pricing to ensure your business can keep to a fixed budget with none of the usual long-term contracts, up-front deposits and legal costs. We only ask for a minimum of 12 months commitment with two months deposit and monthly billing.

Our Board Room can accommodate up to 25 people in varying configurations and offers the latest Sony 4K 75” LED TV and either Android or Apple TV screen sharing to make your presentations stand out.

There is ample car parking on-site and we offer proximity card 24 hour access for you and your staff. Our security system allows us to limit access to certain staff if they only require day or timed access.
